DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes, you must make an appointment to visit our location. With respect, our attention is focused on those customers with appointments and for whom we are currently performing work.  Currently due to staff shortages and part/material delays we are not able to offer new appointments and are not staffed to provide drop-in services or technical phone advice. 


WHEN ARE THE NEXT AVAILABLE SERVICE AND ESTIMATE APPOINTMENTS?

We are on a Waitlist for 2022 for all new appointments. If appointments become available in 2021 we will begin contacting people on the waitlist in order.  Please visit the CONNECT page to be added.


DO YOU WORK ON ALL RVs? 

We work on most RVs. There is not an age limit, but we do not work on tent trailers.  


DO YOU SELL PARTS?

Parts are only sold as part of the service or repair. There are several local options for parts such as A-1, Allied or Camping World. Other building-specific items such as siding and windows may be purchased through companies such at Hemet Valley RV, All-Rite and Recpro.com.


CAN YOU REPAIR OR SERVICE MY CHASSIS (ENGINE, BRAKES, TIRES & ALIGNMENT)?

We recommend seeking chassis-specific shops for these services and tire/frame shops for those needs. Our building lease prohibits us from offering engine/chassis repairs or services. 


DO YOU REPLACE WINDSHIELDS?

A glass company is best suited for this need. We recommend USA Replacement Autoglass or Arden Auto Glass.


WILL YOU INSTALL HITCHES, TOWBARS OR SET UP MY TOW VEHICLE?

Sacramento Mobile Hitch is a great local option for you!


CAN YOU REPAIR OR SERVICE MY GENERATOR?

We do not offer generator repair/service but recommend Holley Generator.



WHAT TYPES OF WARRANTY WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?

We can provide Extended Warranty repairs, however we cannot provide Manufacturer Warranty repairs.



DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE SERVICE?

No, all work is performed at our shop.
